How long will my order take to arrive (including processing and shipping)?

Depending on the shipping method selected and the type of order placed, processing and shipping times vary. Please see below for a quick reference guide. Orders are processed and shipped during business hours only, so please note that the below estimates do not include nights, weekends, or holidays.

*If you see a delayed shipping message on the website, please expect additional processing and shipping days in addition to the timelines noted below.

Ground Shipping

Orders shipping via ground will arrive in 5-10 business days. Orders shipping to PO Boxes, AK, HI, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS.

Two-Day Delivery

*Does not apply to USPS shipments to PO Boxes, US Territories, AK, HI, and APO/FPO addresses

*MyHydro and Inline Engraving orders cannot ship same day or next day.   Processing time is 3-5 business days then the expedited shipping time frame applies.

Orders placed before 9am PT for two-day delivery will be processed same day and arrive in two business days. If orders are placed after 9am PT, they will be processed and shipped the next day, arriving on the third business day.

For example, if an order is received before or by 9am PT on a Wednesday, you will receive your order by Friday. If the order is placed after 9am PT on Wednesday, you can expect your order to be delivered on the following Monday.

Please note, as with all of our shipping methods, two-day shipping estimates apply to business days only. If you place an order before 9 AM PT Friday, your order will arrive on Tuesday or it will arrive on Wednesday when order is placed after 9 AM PT.

MyHydro™ Orders

We strive for each MyHydro™ order to be uniquely you. Therefore, they are fulfilled separately from other Hydro Flask orders in an exceptional location that provides fast and dependable shipping. If you’d like to purchase other Hydro Flask products while ordering your MyHydro™, one order will need to be completed and two shipments will be required.  Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing and 5 to 10 for shipping.

How do I track my order?

 As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by the Track My Order to follow your new Hydro Flask on its journey from our warehouse to your destination. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.


Can I ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship to APO/FPO addresses.


Can I ship to international addresses?

Unfortunately, no. Hydro Flask does not currently ship to international destinations outside of the United States.  


Can I ship my order to someone else or to a different address?

Yes! Orders can be shipped to a different address other than the billing address. During the order process, you will be given an option to “Ship to this address” or “Ship to a different address.” At that point, you can enter a different shipping address.  


How is the shipping cost determined?

Orders of $30+ will receive Free Ground shipping. We will offer you the option to upgrade your shipping to 2-Day on most orders. That price is determined by FedEx via the weight and sizing of the products within your order.


Do I really get Free Shipping if I spend 30+?

Yep, it's true! Hydro Flask offers free FedEx Ground shipping on qualified orders: $30+ subtotal or using a free shipping discount code. Valid throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Free shipping does not apply to Pro Deal orders and cannot be combined with some promotional discount codes..


Returns

Can I return my item? 

Products purchased on the Hydro Flask website can be returned to Hydro Flask for a refund with in 30 days of the purchase date. In order to be eligible for return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact.  Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. 

If you have purchased a Hydro Flask From one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

MyHydro Orders are made to be uniquely you, they are not eligible for returns.

If you need to return an item, here's what to do:

  1. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from delivery date.
  2. Acquire an RMA Number by contacting our Consumer Service team using the form at Contact US
  3. You can use the self-service return create page on our website at Track Your Order. If your return is within our 30 days return period, you will be provided a prepaid return ship label as well as packing slip document for your use.
  4. Please reference your order number for your HydroFlask.com Purchase.
  5. Clearly reference you RMA number that you acquired from our Consumer Care team.
  6. Please reference your order number from your HydroFlask.com purchase.
  7. Clearly reference your RMA number that you acquired from our customer service team.
  8. We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.
  9. Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
  10. Your credit card account will show the approved refund amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.

Customer Service can be reached by calling 888-584-9376 from 8 am-8 pm ET, Monday thru Friday. Please note our office is closed on all major holidays.   

Why isn't my discount code working?

If you've received a discount code and it's not working, please refer to the exclusions provided at the time of delivery.  Below are a list of most common exclusions:

  • Order minimum has been met (note that order minimum does not include tax & shipping)
  • You are not a Pro Member
  • Items in your cart are not already on sale
  • You've selected expedited shipping when using a code for free ground shipping only
  • Your discount code excludes MyHydro or bundles

If you've signed up for the 15% off discount code for new customers, please note that you must sign up for both email and SMS notifications. You must opt-in to SMS notifications before the code is sent via SMS.

Products Damaged in Shipping

Please contact us if you ordered your product(s) from www.HydroFlask.com and it has arrived damaged. 

  • If you use your product, we cannot replace it due to shipping damage.
  • These MUST be reported within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • DO NOT dispose of your damaged product until you receive the confirmation email that a replacement has been ordered.

I received my order from Amazon and my item is broken or missing parts.

Amazon direct ships from their warehouse, so we have no access to any order information or tracking information that would allow us to issue a replacement or refund.

Please contact Amazon to correct this issue by giving them a call at 1-888-280-4331. You can also use the chat feature to speak with an Amazon representative, or you can click on Refund to return your order. Amazon is responsible for packing our products safely and they are liable for any damage incurred to the items during shipping, or any parts missing from your item.
